No, but you can watch a real dub above, and the smallest pack is 30 minutes. If a video can't be processed (for example the file is damaged), its minutes come back when you delete it.
Yes. Speakers are told apart by themselves, and each one gets their own voice. When people talk over each other they can get mixed up: you can move a line to the right speaker, join two into one, or give anyone another voice.
